Terms of Service

By accessing or using the MetaSync platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AMPLO PAY SOLUCOES DIGITAIS LTDA ("Company", "we", "us").

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use MetaSync. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the MetaSync software platform for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license does not transfer ownership of any part of the software, its source code, design, or underlying technology.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities occurring under your account
• Providing accurate and current registration information
• Complying with all applicable laws and these Terms
• Using the Service only for lawful purposes

You may NOT, under any circumstance:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the platform or its content
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service
• Share account credentials with any third party
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

All intellectual property rights in and to the MetaSync platform — including but not limited to software code, design, user interface, trademarks, logos, content, documentation, and underlying architecture — remain the exclusive property of AMPLO PAY SOLUCOES DIGITAIS LTDA.

No rights are granted to you other than those expressly set forth in these Terms. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for access to the Service.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

MetaSync is a planning and organization software platform. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services. Always consult qualified professionals for health-related decisions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
