End User License Agreement (EULA)

Subject to your continuous compliance with this Agreement, AMPLO PAY SOLUCOES DIGITAIS LTDA grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the MetaSync software platform for your personal use.

This license is granted solely for the duration of your authorized access and may be revoked at any time, with or without cause.

You expressly agree that you shall NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the platform
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer access to the platform
• Share, transfer, or disclose your account credentials with any third party
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the platform
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or labels
• Use automated tools, scrapers, bots, or any non-human means to access the platform
• Bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or access-control feature of the platform

You acknowledge and agree that the platform is licensed, not sold. You do not acquire any ownership rights in or to:

• The source code or underlying software
• The software architecture, design, or system structure
• Trademarks, logos, brand names, or service marks
• Any intellectual property associated with MetaSync
• Content, documentation, or supporting materials

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive and absolute property of AMPLO PAY SOLUCOES DIGITAIS LTDA.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate your license at any time, without notice, if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the platform. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, restrictions, and limitation of liability) shall continue to apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

The Company's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the license.

The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

MetaSync is a planning and organization software platform and does not provide medical, nutritional, or healthcare advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health-related decisions.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
