1. Refund Eligibility
Customers who have purchased access to MetaSync may request a refund, provided the request is submitted within the eligible refund window and through official support channels.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of the Company in accordance with the terms below.
2. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Request Procedure
To submit a refund request, follow these steps:
- Send an email to patriciocapitalltda@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: "Refund Request — MetaSync"
- Include your full name, email used at checkout, and order/transaction reference
- Provide a brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
To ensure a smooth resolution, please contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Disputes filed without first contacting us may delay or complicate the refund process.
4. Processing Time
Approved refund requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests submitted after the 7-day refund window
- Accounts terminated due to violation of the Terms of Service
- Evidence of fraudulent activity or chargeback abuse
- Requests made through unofficial channels
